About Steffen Arndt (alpha_tango)
FROM: , GERMANY

I was born in 1974 and started modelling in the 80ies. The first models I remember are a MiG 21 F-13, Saab Draken (both 1/100) and the Tu-2 (72) all from the east German producer Plastikart. during my first years I built all kind of models mainly 1/72 and 1/100. Hi Steffen, A fine looking Hawker. Did you cut and reposition the rudder and elevators?

Steffan, Lovely model, however I am sorry must let you know for the sake of accuracy that PO Mould did not fly "G" as his regular aircraft, rather that was the aircraft flown by PO Richey. I did a significant amount of research on Mould's Hurricane markings when I did the 1/32 PCM kit, and came to the conclusion that he flew "T". If you're interested you can view the write up here http://forum.largescaleplanes.com/index.php?showtopic=32775. This of course does not take away at all from your excellent build of the CA kit! Cheers, Doug

Hi Doug thanks for your kind comment! But I'll stick with "G" ; your pix do not show the serial so CA's guess is a s good as yours (no offense, I am sure you did a lot more research than me, and your assumptions are well based, but sadly no proof IMHO) all the best Steffen
