My life is back to normal after a few storms! I did work my way through the not so bad/so good italeri MC 200 first serie, using Pavla resin cockpit and canopy and a lot of scratch to get a decent result. I join pics in progress to show what I mean! The plane wears a Breda type of camo and belongs to the 88 squad. 6° Gruppo in Catania during the winter of 1940. The enlarged white savoia cross and tail cone are to quickly identify the plane as being not an Hurricane!

Glad to see you back. You and "the other Frenchman" (you know who, I trust) are two masters whose work I hope to emulate, but never equal. This is a magnificent build. Love the landing gear well detail, not to mention the fantastic paint job.

Jean,
Just a truly outstanding build. I did question why all the extra detailing in the bay behind the engine, till you turned it over and it's all clearly visible through the wheel wells.
Like everyone else, your camo paint scheme is superb both technically and conforms closely from photographs I've seen.

Nice and detailed build. I did the same model. However, from these photos it seems to me that the model's wing dihedral is inadequate - it is too straight, should be a bit more angled, so that the upper wing surfaces have about 1 degree angle in respect to the horizontal axis.
