During my last vacation, I had the pleasure of visiting the the Shearwater Aviation Museum located on CFB Shearwater in Halifax, Nova Scotia. While not an overly large museum it has some very nice pieces in the collection covering some of the aircraft that flew out of Shearwater and/or were part of the Royal Canadian Navy air wing.

Not only are there some great looking aircraft, the museum has a great collection of art in a gallery that does cover every aircraft that served at the base. This is definitely a must visit museum if you are in the Halifax area, and they have some very nice and great volunteers keeping it all together.
