Hello all, I am presently working on the Tamiya 1:48 Vought F4U 1D Corsair. I have the Eduard detail set # 49 215. On the Eduard instructions it indicates to install control type levers on various parts of the cockpit side panels. The diagram shows one but there are two of each on the fret. Does this mean that both of these tiny little things are meant to be glued back to back and then installed ?
Any one with this set or of similar with feedback would be of great help.
Thanks in advance. Oh ya, this is my first go at aircraft.
Cheers.

Hi Sterling

I don't have the Corsair set, but Eduard often include a couple of spares for some the items like small levers. If an object needs to be doubled-up for thickness, Eduard's usual technique is to design it so that you bend it back on itself. So, I think you're probably safe to keep the "spares" for other projects...

Looking forward to seeing pics of how you get on with your first aircraft build! .

All the best

Rowan
