Did any of these aircraft see service? As I want to build my one as serving on the Eastern Front.

There were only 10 prototypes, and 5 of them were type B.
Some real operational tests have been carried out on the eastern front, so if you model a BV141B, it was probably shortly operational on eastern front.

Though not stated on the kit I'm pretty sure it's a Type B
