Hello everyone,
You all probably know about this already, however, there is a TV show called, "Dogfights" on the History Channel every Friday at 2200. It is an awesome series, describing several of the most famous aerial battles spanning WWII through Vietnam. I liked it so much I bought Season 1 on DVD.
I particularly enjoyed the episode with Robin Olds (flew a P-38 in WWII and an F4 Phantom in Vietnam). He and his wingman once attacked a swarm of 50 Messerschmitts by themselves, and lived to tell about it. I am always in awe of how fearless these guys are.
Anyway, check it out if you have a chance.

I agree it is an excellent series. As a postscript, BG Robin Olds died recently.
