I recently purchased a testors compressor model 50204/ac-55, the specs say pressure: 1 psi to 35 psi, I see no external adjustment on this unit, is it internal? that would be dissappointing, interesting that this unit is actually silver not blue....blue mini air compressor? bought in on ebay it is new condition.aeroscale is the best source of info for me you guys are great!

pressure: 1 psi to 35 psi

That is the output capability range unregulated. The pressure will vary as you are spraying across that range. It will work okay if you spray in short bursts, I painted that way for years.

HOWEVER: For larger jobs and consistent output, you should add a tank and regulator to your setup. Another 20 to 30 bucks, you can get then at WalMart.

they make tanks that are compatable with a small compressor like mine? I hope so.
