I received a RAF Mustang "Hunsdon" as a present. It's the Hasegawa 1:48 kit, and I'll build it when I'll find some time after the holidays.
Being my first ever aircraft in a lot of time, I'm a bit afraid of what I might do.
I'm not afraid of building it because I'm used with other kind of models and I'm good enough, but I have some problems with painting: I don't have an airbrush and I'm compelled to use Tamiya's spray lacquers in order to get the bare metal finish.
Anyway, has anyone built it? How can I carry out the weathering and the washings without harming the paint?
I know these are silly questions for more expert people, but bear it, it's like my first time!
Thanks for any answer!
Giacomo
