Suffering from a rush of blood to the head recently i purchased a Aeroclub F3F-3 Vacform kit.
I've never built vacform before, so does any one have any tips?
Cheers
Andy

Best of Luck to you Andy, I've tried to build a couple and have a couple more I MAY try to build.
By the way Glacier Girl had both engines replaced and is on her way to Oshkosh. Should arrive this week. Maybe she'll make Duxford next year ?

If you still need some help I might be able to give you a few pointers or describe how I've worked with vacform when we meet up at Aeroventure. Derek (Widow61) might also be a good person to speak to as he has worked with the stuff for years and has even made some of the master patterns for Welsh models.
Here's one of my attempts at vacform I still have a 1/144 KC-135E that needs finishing and I'm also working on a 1/144 Nimrod MR2 (and have been for over the last 2 years )

I hope she does. It was a fantastic show, but Glacier Girl would have made it exceptional.
