This looks like the old Jager Fokker D.VII with the Aeromaster decals. Though the cowlings look like an early OAW instead of the midproduction type.

The first one looks pretty sweet, but unfortunately the other images appear broken to me.

Doesn't it seem ironic to you though that the combatants went though all the trouble to camouflage their aircraft only to have pilots repaint them in bright flashy colors?

This looks like the 1/72 Eduard strip down Fokker E. III covered in clear food wrap. Point of history one full sized Fok. E.III was covered in clear Cellon in 1916.

Hi Stephen!

I can see them now! Thanks for sharing! The Handley Page Heyford is probably the old Matchbox kit. I've built it more than 25 years ago...

Thanks for these, and the link. That fokker DVII's spandau's were set high, but then again.....you could say that about that little topless fantasy figure too...

Hi Stephen.

Nice photos, I`m really interested to make another fokker E.III. Do you have another photo of that strip down - clear version?

I may have one of the original but not one of the model. I have only found one image of that one.

I have two images of the original aircraft and it looks like there were no markings on the wings. Do you remember if there were markings on the model?
