Hi all

It's here! Admittedly later than I'd hoped - instead of ensuring an early copy, Eduard's trip to the Anaheim IPMS show actually threw a rather large spanner in the works for us - but WOW! was it worth the wait!

The first impressions are that the Bf 110 is a real stunner - beautifully moulded, very fine surface detailing, extremely thin and crystal-clear canopies... the list goes on.

Am I excited to see the kit "in the flesh"? Let me put it this way - I'm taking the day off work tomorrow to Review it... it's that good! Look out for a proper First Look Review this weekend - by which time I'll hopefully have started building this beauty.

All the best

Hi Nige

I know! I cursed when I heard a new edit had come in for Monday!

But I'll have a good crack at the '110 this weekend...

Someone brought this kit into the club build night the other night, and man was he flocked to. Many a joke was made about it dissappearing. It really is a beautiful kit. One can hope it goes together as nicely, as the kit looks good. From what I hear about Eduard fit and such is like Academy, it's hit or miss, although the overall quality aside from fit, is consistantly incredable. I've never owned any eduard kits or aftermarket sets to be honest. At least, not yet.

Michael

P.S. Congrats on the kit. Let us know how the fit is.

Its a shame that your starting to build it this weekend as Sam (Camogirl) won't stop drooling everytime the kit is mentioned and that she'd love to do one as a build review some day.

Hi Allen

Oh dear - I'd better not rub salt into the wound by saying the Bf 110 is chugging along nicely! Oops! I just did! Sorry Sam.

I hope to post some pics later today over in the Review thread.

All the best
