David, I'm coming to this one late. It is hard to see due to the pics but from what I can tell it looks fine. Have you made any further progress on it to show us?

The build was REALLY fun. The fit was good. There were some problems with the air intakes though. The decals were ok. The silvering was mainly my fault. (didn't do a gloss coat or use micro-sol) I painted it using Light Ghost Grey and Dark Ghost Grey.
Teh missiles were sort of a pain. On one of them, can't remember which one, you had to attach the fins but there were no loactor holes!? sort of a pain when I was trying to get it done fast.
The canopy went on Ok but there were some fit problems. I didn't glue it though which is why it looks ajar in the pics. I assembled it in 2 days! One day for building all the subassemblies and one for putting it all together.
I used a 0.05 led pencil to accent the panel lines which I thaugth turned out pretty good.
The cockpit could use an AM replacent but it looks fine. Mainly the ejection seat and floor as the panel has good enough detail for 1/72.
