I was curious if anyone knew of any good sources for markings and camo patterns for Israeli military aircraft?

Could I suggest looking at IDF Modelling, specifically their Aircraft Reference page. From those photo's you should be able to glean something. There are also some schemes at Don Color's Israel Air Force section; such as:

To see the color schemes on aircraft in motion, rent [i] Iron Eagle [/] with Lou Gosset, Jr. The F-16's are Israeli with the magen David covered with US like stars & bars.
