Badpony: it looks really good. I particularly like the "top hat" decals. What is the paint scheme?? Is that all over low visability grey?? Or maybe subtle camo the pics don't do justice? Either way it looks very sweeet!!!!

it's the typical high vis CAG plane scheme. Under surfaces and nose cone are Light Ghost grey, top surfaces are Dark Ghost grey. The pics doesn't do it justice as the 2 shades are very similiar. I'll try some sunlight pics, maybe that'll show it better

Its a shame that the camo doesn't show up on pics. How did you do the pastel wash? Sort of like a regular wash? Or just rub in some pastels? It kind of gives it just a little touch of grime, but not to dirty. Very nice.

for the pastel wash, I followed this article to the t. It's pretty controllable and very easy to do

Badpony (what a name :-) ) I love youe Hornet and I have read the article about the wash.
I am not a plane builder (shame on me) but I am wondering if this technique also works on armor?

Hmmmm experimenting time coming up
