I really want to build a Jay hawk in 1/48 scale if possible. I can't find anyone that makes a kit for these. I think I may have to convert another version of the black hawk or sea hawk. Can anyone recommend the best kit to get and then is there a conversion kit / decal set I can buy as I'm not good enough to scratch build. Your advice is most welcome.

Unfortunatley, there is no complete conversion kit in 1/48. You have to convert the Italeri SH-60B using the Cobra Company conversion set and Fireball Modelworks decals.
In 1/72, there is a complete conversion set from Fireball Modelworks that includes the decals as well.
Good luck.

Thanks for the info. The 1/48 is a bit to expensive for me so I'll put both kits / sets on my list to Santa and see what appears in my stocking.
