:-) Hello everybody! I just got the Monogram B-36, original in the box from 1980! I paid 50$Can. Some questions,
Is it true that the earlier the kit was made the cleaner the moldung is?
Is there a problem with the wing root on this kit( molding wise)
Does any one know of good link to B-38 sites?
Thank you
slodder

I built that monster - It's huge. The molding is fine. The scale in the cockpit is off with regard to the seats. The overall cockpit interior detail is sparse. You won't see much of them though. The bomb bay is sparse also. It builds up ok, I don't recall any major problems other than the challange of dealing with such a large kit.
I'll try to dig up my links and post them.

I built it too,it is a BIG baby.I do not recall any wing root problems.Careful test fitting and assembly will get you through any upsets.

And, I never built mine. Took up much less space in the box, finally traded it a couple months ago. Now if I can just part with that 1/48 B-1B.
