I was bored and surfing Ebay (always a bad thing) and I saw a set of 3 "modern" US jets by Esci: an F-111A Aardvark, F-15A/C Eagle, and a Leatherneck F-18. Now I don't know much about aircraft and I am smart enough to know that I probably did not buy the most accurate variants of these jets available.
I just really want to know if the kits build well or not. I couldn't tell an F-15A from an F-15C so I'm not concerned with whether or not the kit contains the proper bumps and protrusions for that variant or not. Any way, am I in for a rude awakening or did I get some semi-decent kits for $7+s/h?

Hi Rob ,
From this set I have F-18 Letherneck - and I trully not recommended that model - I think better choice is to buy Italeri set - ( price is similar ) - Italeri set have better plastic quality , more weapons ( Esci F-18 remind me some very old Matchbox sets - no fense I like Matchbox but I'm ungry for me for bying once this set )
