Just thought I'd share my "Lets get it done before the end of the year" Mustang with you all. Initially started this kit some time ago and it went together very well, read, no seam lines! It got shelved shortly there afer due to some problems with the initial paint coat. In the mean time I somehow lost the wind screen. That really set things back. I had another kit, so I vacu formed a new wind screen and was back in business, albeit over a year later So far I have gotten her dusted off, painted, gloss coated, and decaled within the last few days. Shooting for a completion tomorrow, or late Friday afternoon for a model club banquet/ end of year contest. Keeping my fingers crossed. Her she is. Thanks for looking, comments welcome. "Q"
ps. Its the 1/48 Hasegawa kit with Aeromaster decals of the 20th FG.

Sharp looking Mustang. What did you use for the natural metal finish?

Thanks. For the NMF I used Alclad II Aluminum. To me it had a finer grain than the Model Master did. Easier to use for touch up work by far. Thanks again. "Q"
