Wonderful! and please post some pictures of the building process.
I have some Copper State kits but I never find enough courage to order the Taube.

Hello all,
Thanks to everyone for the kind words. This was a very fun build. This was actually my first attempt at rigging a WW1 aircraft. I figured that if I could rig a taube then I could rig anything. The kit is a Copper State resin/white metal/photo-etch kit. I scratchbuilt the wing ladders (under the wing) and the undercarriage from styrene. The rigging is fishing line colored with a Sharpie. I didn't take build pics, I really wish that I had now.
One thing I'm finding that I like about the Grigorovich M-5 build I'm doing is that I can look back and see the progress in pictures. Every build I do from now on will have build pics.
If anyone has any questions I'll be glad to answer them.

My god...this is a faboulous thing.
And I guess you are right, if you can rig this tender bird you can rig anything.
What a striking difference between the fragile appearance of this early bird with the modern power monsters that I am usually building.
The mission: Beat the stash.
Almost conquered: MIG-29, Blackhawk, Skyray, Skyraider, fouga
Main battle:Demon, Skyhawk, F-14, CH-53
Stash reserve:Blackhawk, CH-46, 47 en 53; SU-7, Eurofighter, mohawk, hellcat, F-16D, 6x Fouga Magister, Voodoo

That looks great!
