Just curious, does anyone remember ATP, a company that specialized in civil aircraft models and decals.
I remember ordering from them in the late 80's and early 90's. I think they went out of business sometime in the 90's.
Is there any company out there that has taken their place. A company that specializes in the civil model aircraft kit market?
ATP was a great company because you could always get a wide variety of decals representing various carriers in the world. They carried 1/144 scale, the airliner scale as it were, and other off scale decals for the civil aircraft enthusiast.
Any help would be appreciated. I will be searching the web to see if I can find something on a company like ATP but thought I'd ask here first. Thanks. Russell

Hi Russell!
Never heard about ATP, and the civil market is not my "home ground" exactly.
But, I know DACO makes some airline models as the Boeing 737-200/300/400 and have some decal sheets for these.
There are several decal makers in civil 1/144, but you have to search for them.
Go to Hannants http://www.hannants.co.uk/ , search for the scale and airliner you want to find stuff to.
It´s a great help and a good start as Hannants have the best inventory of modelling stuff anywhere!
Hope this helped you on the way!
Cheers!

HobbyBuy always has weekly sales on Hasegawa kits (half price or more), and ALWAYS seem to have listed some civilian jetliners in 1:200 scale. I have not built any, cant tell you anything about their quality.
