Can anyone tell me what color is FW-190 was, and that his letters or numbers were on the side of his plane (I.E. "Black 40" or "Red 13"). His name was Willi or Wili Unger.

Thanks Guys!

well this is a helpful website that may be useful in your search, but not sure how you would find out what his ac number was, hope this will help.
If you go to this web site there is a listing of pilots, their kills, and their number of missions, you may have some luck in locating the pilot your looking for there if he made some varified kills, the list is pretty complete, but definately not all inclusive Im sure. on startling thing to note when looking at the list is how far down the list you find an american ace.

when you get there it looks like site is in german, just hover your mouse over spots and it will translate, go to "Jagdflieger" and click on it, that will take you to the list
hope this helps
