Hello fellow modellers

it is again that time of the year and I try to post as much info as I can. Two things changed this year. First I got work late last year and thus my time for updates is very limited and second I will visit the show from Saturday to Tuesday ..

In case you can't read it: "Playing is the only thing men take really seriously"

My pal Volker is already at the show and passed over some information. He added the ICM and MPM (til 8/2008) News to my list. This is not yet as extensive as Michael Benolkin's at Cybermodeller, but will grow over the next days.

BTW the ICM LaGG is dead....

The List: Nuremberg 2008

Also some pix from the MPM booth are already there.

greets

Hi Steffen!

No problem! You made the trip, you deserved it!

What is this four engined bomber in front of the Bf 109? Is it an 1/48 scale Pe-8?

Thanks a lot for the link and the pics. I hope I can make it to Nuremberg one day...

Hi Steffen!

Thanks, that's what I thought... the Bf109 really is a small fighter.

Hi all

Today I updated the list with some eastern companies: Amodel, AZmodels, RS Models, Legato Plastic, Dragon (some stuff still missing e.g. some ships)

Nuremberg 2008 List

I also have a good news for WW1 modellers which is not in the list yet. Adalbertus/Techmod will issue a Friedrichshafen FF.33 in 48 scale. I have some photos which will be uploaded later today, when I have processed them.

Last chance to ask questions today, as tomorrow (tuesday) is the last day of the show!

have a nice day and fun browsing the list or the photographs

best wishes

Steffen

(Just as a small anecdote: got here 9 am, I am sitting in the press center for 3 hours updating the list and did not have a walk through the halls yet ... time is on short supply, as always... )

Hi Steffen

Thanks for the pictures.

I've actually had a review ready for the Firefly since last December (along with a load of other things), but continuing internet problems at home meant I couldn't publish anything. All being well, I've got it sorted at last and can start working through the backlog...

There's some really exciting stuff due this year - it looks like we're all in for a treat!

All the best

Rowan
