At this year''s Nuremberg Trade Fair, I was lucky enough to interview one of Airfix Ltd's representatives. With this along with their new catalog, I was able to compile a report on a company which looks as if it''s back for the long-haul. The report can be seen:

Hi Jim
so you finished your way home safe and sound. It was great to meet your and (e.g.) learned about your favorite Spanish company ... hope we'll meet again next year.
The show is closing in 15 minutes and I am among the last (press) people here ... so I better pack my stuff and leave for the station...
best wishes
Steffen

HI Jim
Good news indeed!
So, did you come away from the show with one of your beloved Canberras?
All the best

Man! I grew up on Airfix kits and I'm very happy to see Airfix alive and kicking again!!!!!!!!!!!
I really hope they go for some of the long lost figure kits they produced in the past like Henry the 8th etc. Great stuff!
Long live Airfix!

I saw a 1/72 and 1/48 Canberra on the Airfix stand at the FAA Museum show last Saturday. Also saw the Nimrod. They all look very good. Good to see Airfix back.
