To be honest I was berserked when I saw the item on HLJ thinking , lamely, that this is a scale down of the 1/72 kit which is an acceptable little kit. But I was wrong. Probably this is a reissue of an old kit which I don't know. Anyways, The kit is nearly horrible. The main outline is ok but inner detail are basicly not there. all the clear areas, exept the slide doors, are plain plastic and given as black decal. The slide doors aremolded with the body and a little wrong at the rear side. I am posting some photoes that anyone want to buy it can think twice...then probably buy anyways:}

I started cuting and sanding. Well, the general shape is ok. We'll see what happens in the end.
Luciano, is the Ju88 Minicraft one? If so, good luck about the masking. Specially the nose part.

Hi Yalym, yes the Ju-88 is the minicraft one I've done the nose and cockpit glazing by hand, but I'm not happy with the main paint so will be repainting it before I go any further.

No offense, but how much detail and accuracy did you actually expect in 1/144 scale. At that scale, just looking like a UH-1N is a plus.

Personally I don't agree with you. It is in 1/350 that would be enough to look like an UH-1N. There are really serious models in 1/144. Evetn the early 1990s Dragon helicopter releases were more accurate then this kit. At least they could've done the windows clear.
