Rather than post photos of the work in progress here, I put up a web page with both photos and narrative. This kit is going to need a lot of work in lots of areas to bring it up to contest grade. The URL for the site is:

Scott, I'm glad your still contributing your material here at Aeroscale. I've been away from models, and aeroscale, for about 3 years and it was great to find this thread. I always enjoyed your work and the effort you put into it.
