Greetings Doug;

Sorry couldn't help being ornery. Its just my nature. Actually Eduard does the 1/48 scale version and the figure is 1/32. I am trying to help model cellar see that a 1/48 scale would be beneficial. Speaking of profiles there is a book on the "Black Knight" called Rampant Lion.
http://www.rittervonschleich.com/

A contemporary of the ‘Red Baron', Rampant Lion provides the reader with a detailed look into the colorful life and times of Eduard Ritter von Schleich, a highly decorated First World War fighter pilot. His courage, dedication, and self-sacrifice earned him the coveted ‘Blue Max’, as well as the everlasting respect of his fellow countrymen.

Containing more than 150 photos, along with clear and concise maps and charts, Rampant Lion is both highly informative and entertaining. Many first hand accounts of aerial combat have been included, providing the reader with an intimate look at what it really was like to fly and fight in the skies high above the trenches during the ‘Great War’.
