Hey guys.... Here is a picture of a F-86 that I have finished last week. This is a 1/144 sclae Trumpeter kit.

It's probably too late now but some variation in the color of some of the panels would have made it look less toy-like.

The paint job looks fine to me. I wouldn't nit-pick over small details like that, especially in this small a scale. Overall, I think the look the model is good, and from what I can tell in the one photo provided, there aren't any visible seams. Do you have any other pictures of this model to show us, Penny?

Excellent work on such a small-scale, Penny.

Thanks for the replys guys. As far as toy like goes. The panels are too small to really warrant breaking out the airbrush just for a spit sized color change in them. I would and or could understand doing that to a 72 scale Sabre or a larger scale kit.

Maybe if I have a few brews in me, I'll try to hand paint the variants on the next metal finish 1/144 scale plane.

Thanks again guys..
