After four months of on and off work on the first of the three V-bombers i am nearing the end of building the Vulcan. Having now completed the bomb bay, a little bit of tidying up and to remake the bomb rack and the bomb will be complete bar the placement of the bomb bay doors and painting.
Looks a little untidy at the minute but the general idea is there, basically copied from other projects that i have been able to research and a few photos that i have managed to find from my musuem visits. Couldn't find any plans to copy which i'm sure would have made it easier to make. The use of a profile gauge made my life so much easier as each spar was individual, having made the plane then thinking i'll detail the bomb bay, which i should have done before building the plane up.
