This is my latest model, the 1/72 scale MPM Ki-83. A very nice kit to build but the engine nacelles took up most of the building time.
I used Model Master enamels and mixed my own colors, decals are from Aeromaster....this model is a what-if as no Ki-83s saw action during the war.

Hi Les
I've been absent too of late but its great to see you return with another cracker.
One thing I have noticed since I got back on station is the lack of what-if members and aircraft, so its a real bonus to have your latest work on display.
Its made my day.
Cheers
Peter

G'day,
Great photography and nice use of a backdrop. Terrific groundwork and finally, brilliant model.
(gee, how many more adjectives can I use?)

Thanks for the kind words drabslab and Jesper!
Speaking of backdrops I have painted a new backdrop since I finished the Ki-83.
Here are some pics of it in progress...
And here is the backdrop in use.
