maybe thats why ?

Hi Peter.
Ive seen it on a few websites but its not the easiest kit to get hold of as its been selling fast.
It certainly looks like a lovely kit. I know,because I managed to get my hands on one last week. That staff car looks fabulous, and so does the P51.

This is a limited-edition kit you are correct. Stock 1/48 Tamiya P-51D with the staff car. I have only seen the staff car as an "as-built" from Tamiya - not as a kit you build. I bought one of these kits just for the staff car.

Apparently the Staff Car will be announced as a seperate kit at Shizouka next month.
