Lampie (Nigel Julian) has provided a great series of photos of the immortal de Havilland DH 82 Tiger Moth, taken at Wickenby, Lincolnshire.

Nigle and Rowan Thanks everso for this.
Now I have seen the Airfix 1/72 and 1/32(?) kit is there a 1/48 scale version other than the old Aurora kit?

Hi Stephen
I think there's supposed to be a new 1/48 scale kit on the way from Special Hobby.
All the best

Thanks Rowan and Stephen
It really was a lovely day at Wickenby when I took these. I went for the Lancaster flypast,,( very low,,,cut the grass that day! ), and the Tiger Moth was a bonus.
Ive built the Airfix 1:72 as you know, and I have the Revell/Matchbox 1:32 in the stash and on the build list.
Smer did a 1:48th Tiger Moth. #0811.
