There are several ways. I assume you have not cemented the rotor blade to the linkages etc. One of the best ways is to run the part under very hard water while you apply some flex to it. Once you have the desired bend, submerge the part in cold water to make it set. Another way is to use a heat gun to achieve the same effect.

I had the idea of using a blow dryer instead of a heat gun. If you wanted to get fancy you could make a wooden jig that gives you the flex shape then tape or wire the rotor down and heat it up.
Just ideas, I've never done it myself.

I have tried the heating method but, my last helo project was a mess. Luckily it was a cheap kit. Now I am working on the MRC AH1W and I don't plan to screw up. Thanks for the suggestion, I am going to try the under the hot water method. :-)
another method might be to cut some small kerfs with a razor saw on the underside of the rotor blade. Apply some glue, and hold the blade in a flexed position. This would be similar to the process used to bend plywood.

I don't really want to sound like a detail freak or anything but Cobra Blades don't bend the same way as other helo blades like the on 53 do. They stay almost perfectly straight unless they are tied secure. Just thought I'd try to help a tad.
