Very attractive paintscheme - must have been "fun" masking it

Hi Daniel
I'm very glad to have a fellow Luft 46 fan on board.
Lovely camo. A shattered splinter look.
Really sets off the sleek shape of the HG.
Is it 1/72nd or 1/48th?
Cheers and thanks for showing us your HG
Peter

Hi Daniel,
Your HG III looks really good. I have this conversion in my stash, and drag it out periodically to do some "planning" (!!) I would be really interested to know how it went together - lots of sanding and filling I imagine? The only other place I've seen it built up was in a review on Internetmodeler.com a couple of years ago, and they said they didn't really like the vac canopy that came with the conversion - I notice you seem to have used the original kit canopy as well? Any thoughts and tips would be much appreciated!
cheers, Brad

Hi Brad,
I understand that you also have the Antares Model kit. I have to say that itīs is a very goog kit and of very good quality. Of course that you need more work, first itīs is a convertion, and resin material but it joint very good. You need more putty in some places but the final result is very good.
Here I put some photos when I made it so you have a better idea

The wing with the fuselaje,
