Hi.Just got this model,and was wondering if anybody knew what the grey colour modelmaster 1741 was,my local doesn't stock this range,and i can't seem to find its humbrol equivalent

Model Master 1741 is Dark Ghost Gray

On my Humbrol color conversion chart taken from the Humbrol brochure the closest color to this straight from the bottle is #128

also on the Urban Fredriksson's color reference charts (pretty comprehensive charts for color comparions) The Soviet section lists colors used for various types of aircraft.. here are a few of the mixes for humbrol..

Medium Grey... standard topside scheme for all single seat fighters from 1944 onwards
9 parts Hu:34 plus 2 parts Hu 28 plus 1 part hu:156

Dark sea grey standard topside scheme for singe seat fighters from 1944 onwards and single color winter schemes 1 part Hu:156 plus 1 part Hu:34 or tamiya XF-53

for Su-24MR or Mig-25RBK Grey Hu:127

Mig 23UB Blue Grey 7 parts Hu:87 plus 3 parts Hu:34 or tamiya XF-66
