Hi all,
Recently wipped up a Glencoe 1/48th Spad to be used for airwargaming. Still got a pilot to add and fit the magnet to the bottom for the flight stand. Its not meant to be an accurate build as such, so it got fantasy colour scheme / markings and the wire rigging was just a quick job to get something representative in there. All markings (inc the Spa48 Chicken) were handpainted and the whole thing was painted in GW acyrlics. Anyway it was fun, cheap and quick .........
cheers
Brent

Regardless of the intended use, and the spurious scheme, that is a very impressive little beast.
You obviously had a great deal of fun concocting and painting up "The Rooster".
I like it.
Cheers,
Hugh

The old Aurora / Glencoe Spad XIII never looked so good! An excellent candidate for the "When I flew with . . ." Air Campaign.
