Hi!, Guys, I am stumped by this color group, I have MM blue gray FS 35189 and the color
recommended is gray blue FS 35237, I maybe color blind but these colors look identical.
Any suggestions???

If you can't tell any difference than I wouldn't worry about it too much. I doubt manypeople would be able to notice the difference between them.

When applied, the first one should look just a little bit darker. (the lower the last three numerals, the darker the shade.) If you can get the correct color, use it, otherwise, as Tarheel says, no one will likely notice.
