Hi Tony.
Im sure some of the Luftwaffe guys will have plenty of photos. There were quite a few crash landed 109's in the south of England and many of them were photographed for police records etc.
Bending prop blades isnt too hard. A gentle heat and then bend them slowly. You can practice on plastic card cut roughly to shape or with spare bits of sprue to build up your confidence.
All the best

Hi Anthony
I have quite a lot of pictures, but it is going to be difficult to find an aircraft without bend propellers if you want heavy damage at the same time. There are some accidents were the propeller was not bend (that much). You could test parts of the sprue first before you start bending the propeller. Notice that none of the below aircraft are K-4 versions, but the same principles would apply during a K-4 crash.
Hope this helps

Hi Anthony
I hate it, that most of my library is 700km away. IIRC the Bf 109 K had wooden prop blades, but I am not sure. I cannot remember pictures of belly landed Bf 109 Ks at the moment. If you want to do a crash landed aircraft (i.e. with a bit heftier impact) it is a good idea to bend down the fuselage aft of the cockpit and model on some wrinkles (here is a rated break point) also it is possible that the engine broke of in front of the canopy.
For pix see here http://www.luftwaffephotos.com/ (sorry no belly landed but a lot of 109s .. scroll down)
maybe you find something here: http://www.ww2incolor.com/german-air-force/
there are many, many, many more sites. I suggest an online search...

Here are a couple of more pictures to serve as inspiration. The last one is probably a machine destroyed on the ground and not a crashed aircraft.
