I think the colour is Dark Compass Ghost Grey, but I don't believe Gunze do that colour.
You might be able to get away with using H308 which doesn't look far off.

Ahh yeah, well spotted Steffen.
The other colour would probably be Light Compass Ghost Grey, which would match with the H308 paint better. If you darken the paint a touch you should be able to get both colours out the same jar.
Drop tanks look to be metal though.

I'm a bit late in replying to this but I've only just noticed this thread. For future reference the colours are Dark Compass Grey FS36375 and Light Compass Grey FS36320. Source - Camouflage + Markings no4 - The Israeli air force part 2: 1967-2001.
