Last week on Friday I was at one of our local HS and pick up their kit of Focke-Wulf Fw 190A-8 . Two of the part trees were missing . I called them today and the customer service is out standing ! The missing trees will be mailed out to me today !
It is always nice when manufactures are honest and willing to help resolve the matter . I have nothing but positive things to say about this company .
