HI Prowler,

I usually build my seat harnesses out of the foil from wine bottles or if thinner foil is needed, the foil from some salad dressing or condiment bottles. I apply the decal to the foil sheet and then carefully cut out the foil around the decal. It gives the decal some bulk making it look more realistic. Paint the foil first to the appropriate color and then touch up the shiny metal after cutting. If you don't like the look of the decal, it's still a good template for cutting out the foil.

I heard that Eduard or one of the other P/E makers is releasing some harnesses prepainted with details that are similar and are supposed to be pretty nice.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Ghengis
