Karaya resin kits

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DOes anyone have a 'Wish List" of Karaya High Quality Resin Kits and Accessories in 1/48th Scale ?

There is an on going Build thread here of their Martain F.4 Buzzard which shows their High level of Detail and Fine Resin Casting in scale.

They make a few Awesome 1/48 scale Am Engines and Machine Gun Accessoires Like Hisso Suzia and Austro-Damlier Engine Kits

They make some very Rare Examples of WWI you really dont see made by the Mainstream Market.

For instance Often ignored but historical true, WWI's First Stagger Wing Fighter, the British Airco DH-5

or the German Avitik U-Berg D.II and Albatros D.XI Fighters or DFW C.V Two Seater ?

Or Italain Ansaldo A.I Ballia ?

These normally are very Expensive 48th Scale Kits. Although from the F.4 Buzzard Kit Build I can see why.

I am very intrested if their is any intrest to see the rest or any particualr items in their Line more readily available here in the US ?

Hey Mike , I would love to be able to get there kit's and other offerings but can't get them here in Canada so I know what you mean . The cost doesn't bother me so much if I want it I will pay the price for a top quality kit . It would be nice to see the mainstream manufactures come up with new subjects and not always the same ones like the Albatros D.1-D.5 and Fokker's and Camels . The market is flooded with these already . A lot of the cottage kit's are very hard to get as well , not every one is able to get them or afford them as well .
And if you don't have one of those charge cards you are even more limited to what you can and can not get .
Now if someone is willing to start a pool and places an order which involves others wanting the same product and such , would be a great idea . Not sure how the details would fall but it's worth the idea .

Dear Teri

I Run those kind of Co-Operative Orders for Roden's Lagre Scale Series so that I can afford to bring in Stock them at the web's lowest prices more in line with Hobbist Prices and not Hobby Store Prices. There are over 11 releases in their series whihc makes the selection large enough to make it work for a group order.

I am afriad their will not be enough volume to run that kind of Co-Op Order for Karaya but I am right now in Porcess of making a small modest Order with them now to bring them here. SO please let me know which one(s) your interested in and I will get it here where it is a lot easier to get it over the boarder to you.

Yours MIke
