It looks really beaten up - this bird must have flown through hostile environment! Good job! I also like the two-tone spare tank.

Really impressive work!
Except for the antenna wire you mentioned yourself, I can't think of anything to criticize about the model. But on the pictures themselves, they look quite heavily compressed, visible especially on the underside pics.
Great work, keep 'em coming.

Indeed, very realistic camo. I admired your work already when I saw it in Wing Masters magazine. I have only two remarks - you probably know about it. The bulgeous canopy had no pulley system, so the antena wire should be dropped when opened. Second, on the photo of this particular aircraft it is clearly visible that it had VDM 9-12153A propeller with external weights....

Hello,
You are absolutely right !
I already mentioned the antena detail...
And the only picture I know about this bird shows rather clearly the weights. I've seen that this morning after reading your post.
Thank's !

A great study of a late-war bird. The metal panels and mis-matched sub-assemblies are so well done- cheers!

Hi Nuno,
No, it's indeed nothing new for me but it's nice to share your work with the Aeroscale members...
On what projects are you working on if I may ask? I'm not curious, I just want to know...

Hi Nuno
Great model, though it is a bit too worn for my taste .. but I think it is your style (considering the P-51).
I would like to discuss the drop tank though. IMO the type you put on your model is a "paper" tank, consisting of two halfs when produced (no front or rear, but left and right) I do not see how it could get painted like yours. Either it is useable or not it is not possible to repair. ... as said, my opinion.
cheers

Hello Stephen,
I if may quote myself :
"Some features, like RLM 02/76 tank, and corroded wing guns are pure speculation".
As long as it is assumed...
This is my way !
Thanks anyway for your very advised comments !

Stunning work!! It simply looks fantastic. The weathering is very realistic and looks like those aircraft sitting around Germany at the end of the war.
