Is the US still using Hueys in Iraq and if so what for?

Im thinking about making an Iraq scene with a Huey and a ground vehicle.

Thanks

As far as I know the USMC still uses the Huey, twin engine, UH-1N version.

Kevin is correct. The only US Military Hueys in Iraq are N models and AH-1W Cobras from the USMC. The US Army retired all of their active Hueys years ago. There are still a few in the Army National Guard, but they are being phased out too.

USMC UH-1N

USMC AH-1W

The Iraqi Army is buying UH-1H Huey IIs though.

US Dept of State is also using them in Iraq, in a similar paint scheme.

DoS is also using contracted "civilian" Bell 412s to zip around Iraq too. They are very similar to this one, but painted overall sea blue with no markings, and w/out the rescue hoist.
