Sorry guy's I got over excited about that and wanted to share so others who don't have the opportunity to get some of this stuff can . I sure don't want anyone to get into trouble over this .

Jean-Luc is right , went and did some more reading about copyright laws , which are different all over the world . Learn't some new things as well about it and have a better understanding of those laws .
I was under the impression that if it is for persoanl use you can do that , since I'm not selling the info , or lending it . So sharing is not a loud at all either . Which just gets me confused because we are always scanning pages of info and posting them to aid modelers in their projects .

Please for give me in my errors on this matter .

Which draws another question . Used book stores and CD stores are they infrigment of these laws since the auther does not make money on their books or music they produce ?

You are confusing the object with the content. The content is copyrighted not the media it is stored on. Making a copy of content is an infringement of copyright. You can sell your car to soimebody else but don't try building a factory to manufacture identical cars.
