I found this photo of the Northrop XB-35 flying wing and really enjoyed it. I have built the AMT 1/72 scale kit and have it on top of my refrigerator; about the only place large enough for such a big kit!
If you notice there is what must be the N9M flying overhead in the photo, and another N9M next to the left main gear on the ground. The N9M was a 1/3 scale flying "model" of the XB-35 to test some systems on the aircraft. I thought you all would enjoy looking.
I wish someone would release an injection molded XB-35 in 1/144 scale. It sure would be a smaller model and be a bit easier to build than the AMT kit which has been rereleased by Italeri for quite a price indeed!

That's an interesting picture. Could that sort of aircraft be the origins of some of the UFO storys?
