The Testors/Model Master color is called "Interior Blue/Green", #2135. White Ensign Models has a shade called "MiG Cockpit Interior Turquoise". I am not sure of the Humbrol equivalent.

Hi guys,
Please note that not all MiGs had a green interior… Some Air Forces use a grey, dark, medium or light…. Better check your references.

I've found that Humbrol 109 (can't remember the name of the colour) overlaid with two coats of Winsor & Newton emerald ink works pretty well. Also, the ink automatically post-shades itself, as it's translucent. Check out the result on the Swing-Wing thread - mine's the Libyan MiG-23MS.
