Hi again Guys
I've been wondering whether or not a spray furniture polish could be used as a replacement to Future.
I note that Future is often sprayed through an air-brush,and funiture polish is already in spray form.

Comments???
I figure that there has to be a good reason as to why it wouldn't work but haven't figured it out yet.

Ohh I'd have to say no. See the furniture polish would not dry like Future would and besides it leaves that silicon like residue behind. I’m sure the paint and decals would not stick either. If anything I’d say test it on something then spray paint on to it to see it’s effects.

Between the waxes and cleaners, you would never get anything to stick to the model. Future is acrylic like most hobby paints.

Sorry Chris , but it won't work ! That horrible stuff that comes in a can never dries , has oil in it . ( or some do ) Don't even recommend it for furniture either .

Most of the spray on polishes have a high silicone content. Nothing would ever stick to your model again.
Future is a clear acrylic. No waxes or polishes. Totally compatible with other acrylic based products.

Charles

I knew there would be a good reason as to why.
