well, this is a big update. Let me start off by saying that hobby shops are evil influences. I was browsing through the decal section at the local one and picked up a set of decals for the Hornet. Desert Shield markings for VFA-25's "Fist of the Fleet" CAG bird, should be an attention getter :-) This sheet influenced me to break out the airbrush and get some painting done.
remember the accident? I built up the 2nd seat provided in the kit and posed it next to the CAM resin seat.
here she is wearing Model Master Light Ghost grey lowers, Dark Ghost grey uppers. The tailfins and walkways will be painted flat black later this week. I have the flaps and slats painted, but un-installed as of these pictures

I like watching Your projects , is like Mine of Information . I'm modern jets maniac too so every pics of Your job and improvements add new knowledge to My experience .
