Approximately 60 new photographs of War Eagles Air Museum Curtiss P-40E, representing "Hold''n My Own", P-40E No. 38, 16th FS, 51st FG, 10th Air Force (temporarily attached to 23rd FG, 14th AF until Oct. 1943). Originally USAAF 41-36402 , delivered to the RCAF as 1082, Serial # AL152. A few more photographs will be added soon.

Ok, that's a P 40 E, but boy does that go well with these pictures that Life Magazine took at a factory in the early forties.
I HAVE to find a large scale Warhawk soon! Does anybody know in what markings Wil Bill Kelso flew in 1941 - Where is Hollywood?

Nice photos Fred. If I know Fred, he was ready to start that Allison engine up. Pull the chalks from the wheels, open the hanger doors and go for what would be a thrilling flight! To bad we don't have some of him in the air with that fabulous machine! Russell.
