I am considering getting a 1/48th scale Hobby Boss Wildcat, but I am concerned about their quality. I have two Hobby Boss armor kits, a /48th scale Sherman that was a pretty nice kit, and a 1/35th scale M4 HST that was a bear to build. Are their Wildcat kits worth it?

Hi John
For what it's worth, here was my take on the first-release F4F-3:

I haven't seen the later kits, but many of my points should be valid.
All the best
